Seeking turnkey technician/groundsman for small apartment community. Will be required to clean the grounds and trash areas, blow out breezeways, clean light fixtures, assist with pool cleaning to name a few exterior job duties. Will also paint apartments (paint sprayer experience necessary) and perform maintenance to prepare apartments for new resident. Must be reliable, have own transportation and own tools to complete tasks. EOE
