SUPERVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION - LONGVIEW TX

About the Position
As a Supervisor for Office Pride you will be responsible for supporting a team of 5-8 commercial cleaners and delivering excellent service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Teach, train, and equip team members in assigned area
Help team members when they need it
Validate each area every night
Communicate staffing needs to general manager
Elevate high potential employees through special assignments
Coordinate special projects
Clean personally assigned accounts in an exemplary fashion
