Building Maintenance Technician

Natrona Heights, PA

Arbors Management Inc. is hiring for a Building Maintenance Technician who is skilled in various building maintenance trades. Pay is $21-24 per hour (based on experience) and includes a generous benefits package (advancement opportunities often exist). The position is located in Natrona Heights, PA at an apartment complex.

Desired skills for the Building Maintenance Technician position include:

Drywall hanging and repair
Plumbing (toilets, soldering, drains, etc.)
Electrical (outlets, lights, breakers, etc)
Grounds maintenance (general cleaning, trash removal and outside maintenance)

Requirements:

Driver’s license, insurance and personal transportation
Must pass pre-employment drug and background screenings
HS Diploma or equivalent
Able to cover on-call hours with other maintenance staff
Able to life 50-60 lbs regularly
