Duties
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities to ensure optimal operation.

- Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic quality.
- Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment.

- Maintain records of maintenance activities and report any issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests in a timely manner.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques used in mechanical repair, including welding.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Experience supervising teams or projects is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
