Job DescriptionMaintenance Technician (2nd & 3rd Shift)
We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility. Openings are available on 2nd Shift (3:30 PM – 1:00 AM) and 3rd Shift (8:30 PM – 6:00 AM). This role focuses on electrical troubleshooting, PLC support, robotics, vision systems, and industrial equipment maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and support Allen Bradley and Omron PLCs, including minor program edits.
- Maintain robotics, cameras, and vision systems.
- Troubleshoot 3-phase motors, electrical controls, and systems up to 480V.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Perform preventive maintenance and general mechanical repairs.
- Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery.
- Document maintenance activities using a tablet-based work order system.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with a strong electrical experience.
- Experience troubleshooting PLCs, motors, and electrical systems up to 480V.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and control drawings.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance practices.
- Experience with Fanuc or Motoman robots is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Blow molding, extrusion, or manufacturing maintenance.
- Robotics, vision systems, and camera troubleshooting.
- Machining experience with mills and lathes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $60320.00/yr.
Vacation begins accruing from day 1 and there are 10 paid holidays throughout the year
