Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and the public.
- Document and report any incidents, suspicious activities, or safety hazards.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises and equipment to maintain security standards.
- Assist in the enforcement of rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency personnel when necessary.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on security practices and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training is a plus.
- Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Physical fitness to stand, walk, and respond quickly as needed.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
