Job Description Maintenance Technician Pay: Negotiable
Schedule: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM (Hours may vary)
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire Position Overview We are looking for a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on industrial maintenance experience and be responsible for maintaining equipment, machinery, facilities, and systems to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of industrial equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance emergencies.
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
- Maintain and repair industrial machinery and production equipment.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate maintenance issues and completed work to management.
- Assist with general facility upkeep and other maintenance duties as needed.
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE.
- Previous experience maintaining industrial machinery, production equipment, or manufacturing systems required.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems.
- Experience with preventative and corrective maintenance.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
