Job Description

Are you a personable, customer-focused professional with leasing or sales experience? A national property management company in Alexandria, VA is hiring a Leasing Consultant for a 3-month contract. If you're organized, friendly, and ready to support daily leasing operations, apply today!

About the Job:

• Greet and assist prospective and current residents

• Highlight community features to support leasing goals

• Process applications, maintain lease files, and handle admin tasks using Yardi

• Address resident concerns with professionalism

• Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and local outreach

• Support property operations and office coordination

About You:

• Leasing or customer-facing experience preferred

• Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite skills strongly desired

• Personable, composed, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

About the Position:

• Fully onsite in Alexandria, VA (King Street Metro)

• Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (weekday off to offset Saturday)

• $20-$22/hour

• Starts mid-August, 3-month temporary role
