Groundskeeper & Clubhouse Maintenance
Position Summary
Responsible for maintaining the Club grounds, clubhouse, and facilities in a clean, safe, and well-maintained condition. This position will also handle the daily opening and closing of the Club.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the Club each day and ensure all areas are secure.
- Maintain lawns, landscaping, walkways, parking areas, decks, and outdoor spaces.
- Perform routine clubhouse maintenance and minor repairs.
- Maintain restrooms, common areas, storage areas, and building facilities.
- Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
- Keep the Club clean, organized, and ready for members and events.
- Maintain outdoor furniture, trash areas, and Club equipment.
- Identify and report larger maintenance or safety issues to management.
- Assist with seasonal opening, closing, and special events.
Qualifications
- Previous groundskeeping or building maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong handyman and mechanical skills.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
