$19.00–$24.00/hour, credit given for experience, plus shift differentials and on-call bonuses. Tudor Oaks Senior Living Community is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician, Monday–Friday with rotating shifts as needed.

What You'll Do
- Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks throughout the community
- Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems
- Respond promptly to service requests from residents and staff
- Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for everyone
- Contribute to resident satisfaction through high-quality workmanship
What You'll Need
Required:
- 1–3 years of maintenance experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong critical thinking, independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Able to understand, read, write, and speak English
Preferred:
- HVAC experience
- Associate's degree from a technical school
