Tired of spending your time chasing down cold leads? Andersen Realty Group is looking for motivated, licensed real estate professionals in Chicagoland’s Western Suburbs to handle a high-volume pipeline of high-intent buyers.
Through our strategic partnership with Zillow, our agents receive live phone connections for tour requests as they happen. You spend less time prospecting and more time touring homes, writing offers, and closing deals.

- Direct Lead Delivery: Live tour requests route straight to your mobile device, connecting you instantly with buyers ready to view properties.
- Predictable Volume: Our agents consistently close 2 to 3 transactions per month utilizing our dedicated lead flow and conversion frameworks.
- Structured Training: Master modern lead conversion, client consultation frameworks, and local contract negotiation with direct support from top-producing team leads.
- Growth Infrastructure: We provide the mentorship, technology, and operations support required to build a sustainable six-figure business.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary advisor for home buyers and sellers across the Western Suburbs.
- Respond immediately to inbound Zillow Live Tour requests and maintain active client communication.
- Host home tours, prepare comparative market analyses (CMAs), and draft purchase contracts.
- Maintain clean client records and pipeline status within our team CRM.
Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Real Estate License (Required).
- Strong local market knowledge in Naperville, Downers Grove, Wheaton, Hinsdale, La Grange, or surrounding communities.
- Highly responsive communication habits and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to adopt proven conversion scripts and operational workflows.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00+ per year (Commission-based)
