Job Title: Production Partner – Real Estate (Full-Time)

Location: North Houston, TX

Compensation: 8% of closed sales from a top-producing agent

About the Role:

Are you a licensed real estate professional ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Production Partner to work alongside a top-producing real estate agent in the North Houston area. This is a full-time role designed for someone who is passionate about real estate and eager to grow through hands-on experience, strategic mentorship, and direct involvement in every stage of the sales process.


What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with property showings and open houses
  • Manage day-to-day client communications and schedule coordination
  • Handle administrative tasks, follow up
  • Conduct market research and help with listing preparations
  • Be a key support in helping the lead agent maintain a high level of production and client satisfaction
  • Attend team meetings, training, and client events

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active real estate license
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate sales process
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and polished presentation
  • Flexible schedule – including weekends and evenings
  • High work ethic, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and basic tech tools (MLS, email, calendar, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist team leads with listings, buyers, open houses, and showings
  • Facilitate smooth transactions by understanding and managing contracts, amendments, and deadlines
  • Provide exceptional client service and maintain high-level communication skills
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and exceed client expectations

Qualifications:

  • Texas Real Estate License required
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, amendments, and transaction processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and organized
