We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician who is hands-on, reliable, and ready to keep our property running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be a key member of the property team, ensuring our community is safe, functional, and beautiful. Responsibilities include:

Completing service requests and repairs in apartments and common areas.
Performing preventative maintenance to keep equipment and systems in top shape.
Troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
Assisting with apartment turns, including painting, repairs, and cleaning.
Maintaining grounds, facilities, and equipment.
Responding to emergency maintenance calls as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in property maintenance, building operations, or a related trade.
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Customer-service mindset and teamwork attitude.
Ability to work on-call shifts, evenings, or weekends as needed.
