Roman Executive Protection Services is seeking adaptable, reliable, and highly qualified Per Diem Security Officers to support our operations. In this on-call role, you will serve as a critical asset, stepping in to fill shift vacancies, cover scheduled employee time-off, and provide temporary surge coverage at various client sites—including luxury residential communities, gatehouses, commercial properties, and residential complexes.
Shift Details:
- Schedule Type: Per Diem / On-Call (As Needed)
- Hours: Varies based on site requirements (includes morning, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts).
- Flexibility: Ideal for professionals seeking a flexible work schedule or supplemental income.
Core Responsibilities:
- Rapid Deployment Adaptability: Respond promptly to on-call scheduling requests and arrive at assigned posts ready to seamlessly adapt to localized site protocols.
- Versatile Access Control: Manage visitor, vendor, and resident check-ins at gatehouses or front desks, enforcing entry procedures with exceptional customer service.
- Perimeter & Patrol Operations: Execute foot or mobile (golf cart/vehicle) patrols to deter trespassing, loitering, and unauthorized activity across diverse environments.
- Digital Reporting Compliance: Utilize our integrated mobile reporting software to submit accurate Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and Incident Reports with clear photo and GPS verification.
- Rules & De-Escalation Enforcement: Firmly and professionally enforce property-specific regulations, using clear verbal de-escalation skills to handle safety infractions or uninvited individuals safely.
- Emergency Response Execution: Maintain full readiness to handle sudden crises, coordinating swiftly with dispatch and local first responders if required.
Requirements:
- Valid State Security Officer License.
- High level of reliability and responsiveness to short-notice shift call-outs.
- Reliable smartphone with a functional camera capable of operating mobile dispatch and reporting software.
- Strong verbal communication, situational awareness, and professional public relations skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required for mobile patrol sites).
