What You'll Do

1. Build and maintain relationships with buyers and sellers
2. Follow up with leads and develop new client opportunities
3. Conduct buyer and seller consultations
4. Show properties and host open houses
5. Negotiate offers and guide clients through the transaction process
6. Manage transactions from contract to closing
7. Stay informed about local market conditions and property values

What We're Looking For

1. Active real estate license
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
3. Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
4. Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
5. Professional and client-focused
6. Sales experience is a plus, but not required
