Details:
- Pay for this position is 25.00 to 27.27 hourly depending on experience.
- This position is a 6 month contract with the potential for extension or conversion.
- Location: North Chicago, IL
Qualifications:
- HSD or equivalent.
- Current Illinois Licensed Pharmacy Technician or have recently applied for the Illinois Pharmacy Technician license.
- Ineligible Candidates: Candidates who have a license that is expired. Candidates who have a license that is about to expire (due to not completing Pharmacy Certification after 2 years of obtaining license).
- Retail pharmacy experience is preferred.
Job Description:
- The Fulfillment Technician position exists to assist the pharmacist(s) in the activities associated with fulfillment of prescription orders. The technician will assist the pharmacist(s) in day to day activities of picking, labeling, packing and shipping orders. This position will collaborate with the team lead(s) and department manager(s) to meet the delivery expectations of patients.
- Assist pharmacist(s) in the fulfillment of orders by completing the duties of picking, labeling, packing and shipping of orders.
- Identify and collaborate with Pharmacy Solutions Inventory Planner to manage inventory of medications and commodities.
- Assist in restocking commodities used during Pick, Pack and Ship activities.
- Meet performance standards in alignment with predefined metrics and KPIs.
