The Landings Riverside is looking for an outgoing, dependable, and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a great experience for current and prospective residents.

As a Leasing Agent, you will play an important role in helping prospective residents find their new home while also providing excellent customer service to our existing residents.
\n

Responsibilities
\n
\n
* Greet prospective residents and provide community and apartment tours
\n
* Respond to phone, email, and online leasing inquiries
\n
* Follow up with prospects and help convert leads into leases
\n
* Process applications, leasing paperwork, and move-in documentation
\n
* Assist residents with questions, requests, and general customer service needs
\n
* Maintain knowledge of current pricing, availability, specials, and community amenities
\n
* Help ensure the leasing office, model apartment, and tour path are clean and presentable
\n
* Assist with resident events, marketing efforts, outreach, and social media
\n
* Complete follow-up and administrative tasks accurately and on time
\n
* Work closely with the property management and maintenance teams to provide an excellent resident experience
\n
* Assist with additional property operations as needed
\n
\n
Qualifications
\n
\n
* Strong customer service and communication skills
\n
* Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with a variety of people
\n
* Dependable, organized, and able to multitask
\n
* Comfortable using computers, email, and property management software
\n
* Sales or customer service experience is preferred
\n
* Apartment leasing experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
\n
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
\n
\n
Schedule Requirement
\n
\n
Saturdays are mandatory for this position. Applicants must have consistent Saturday availability as part of their regular work schedule.
