Job Description

Premier real estate developer/management company seeks Building Maintenance Technician (3rd shift, 10PM - 8AM) for upscale mixed use residential/commercial buildings in Downtown Boston. Qualified candidates must have relevant background as well as the following experience and attributes:

· General maintenance and repair of various equipment and systems, including mechanical, electrical,

HVAC, plumbing and carpentry.

· Utilization and maintenance of electric hand tools.

· Mechanical aptitude.

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.

Education Level: Vocational

Career Level: Experienced (non-manager)
