Leasing Consultant – Apartment Community
Certified Apartment Staffing | Immediate Opportunity
Certified Apartment Staffing is looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join an apartment community! We need someone who understands the leasing process, enjoys working with people, and can help drive occupancy while providing excellent customer service.
Previous apartment leasing experience is REQUIRED!
Job Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents and provide property tours.
- Respond to leasing inquiries, phone calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Convert prospective renters into new leases.
- Process rental applications and assist with lease preparation.
- Maintain accurate resident and prospect records.
- Assist with renewals, resident relations, and daily office operations.
- Maintain knowledge of apartment availability, pricing, and community amenities.
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.
Qualifications
- Must have previous apartment leasing experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with leasing software and property management systems preferred.
- Knowledge of the leasing process, applications, and lease paperwork.
- Professional, outgoing, and personable attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced apartment community.
- Reliable transportation required.
