We are looking for PART TIME assistant with some Experience in Real Estate AND QuickBooks.
We provide training to help you succeed.
This is NOT a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to applicants and schedule to show property

Coordinate and track move-ins and move-outs

Process rental applications and lease agreements

Scan checks to deposit in bank and record using QuickBooks software

Maintain organized records and communication with tenants and team

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Professional, Trustworthy, and Reliable

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Strong communication and customer service skills

Some experience with QuickBooks

Previous real estate experience or leasing or property management experience is helpful
