Responsibilities

Patrol the facility, including hallways, patient rooms, and common areas, to deter unauthorized access and ensure the safety of residents, staff, and visitors

Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security breaches

Respond to alarms, calls, and emergency situations promptly and professionally

Conduct regular security checks, including inspections of doors, windows, and gates

Provide assistance to residents and staff members as needed, including escorting individuals to their destinations

Maintain accurate records of security incidents and observations

Collaborate with other departments, such as Nursing and Social Services, to ensure a seamless and efficient care experience
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification a plus

Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
