We’re opening a brand‑new, highly automated production and distribution center—and building the maintenance team that will power it from day one.

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring equipment uptime, reliability, and overall operational excellence.

🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, robotic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime and reliability
- Install, calibrate, and optimize automated packaging and distribution equipment
- Support a true 24/7 operation in a high‑throughput facility
- Provide technical coaching and support to junior technicians
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, efficiency, and performance
✅ Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience
- 2+ years working with automated conveyors, robotics, MHE, or industrial automation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
⭐ Preferred Experience
- Experience with CMMS platforms
- Strong preventive maintenance
- Hands‑on experience with conveyor systems and advanced automation
- Solid electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of controls, safety practices, and risk‑mitigation standards

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
