Yoak Properties is actively hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our growing portfolio of 600+ units across Summit and Stark Counties.

We are looking for someone who can step in, take ownership of their work, and keep properties running efficiently. If you are reliable, experienced, and ready to work, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling day-to-day maintenance across multiple properties
• Completing light plumbing repairs (leaks, clogs, fixtures)
• Performing basic electrical work (outlets, switches, lighting)
• Painting, drywall repairs, and general upkeep
• Closing out work orders quickly and correctly
