We are seeking a skilled Leasing Consultant for upcoming opportunities in the Jacksonville, Fl area. Our clients are looking for people with a great personality to make follow-up calls to schedule tours, provide excellent customer service, and help prospects find an amazing apartment they are excited to call home.
We also have other opportunities that offer flexibility for part-time hours.
Qualifications:
- Multi-family leasing experience; calling from the queue, scheduling tours, completing guest cards, showing apartments & beyond
- **Fair Housing expertise** - "What you do for one, you must do for all!" - The seven federally protected classes are race, religion, national origin, color, familial status, sex, and disability. These classes or characteristics are protected under the federal Fair Housing Act.
- Outgoing and friendly personality; must be a "people person"
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and follow instructions assigned by Supervisor
