Production Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Greater Denver Area (North Metro)

Schedule: Wed–Sat | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (every other Wednesday off)

A growing, regulated manufacturer is hiring a Production Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations supporting production, packaging, and aseptic processes.
\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n
<ul>\n
<li>Lead and develop maintenance technicians</li>
\n
<li>Oversee preventative maintenance and equipment uptime</li>
\n
<li>Manage work orders, scheduling, and spare parts</li>
\n
<li>Support audits, investigations, and GMP compliance</li>
\n
<li>Drive continuous improvement across operations</li>
\n</ul>
\n
Requirements:
\n
<ul>\n
<li>5+ years in maintenance within a regulated environment</li>
\n
<li>Aseptic / sterile manufacturing experience required</li>
\n
<li>Prior leadership experience</li>
\n
<li>Strong GMP knowledge</li>
\n
<li>Experience with PM or work order systems</li>
\n
<li>Solid troubleshooting background</li>
\n</ul>
