Job Description
A third-party food testing laboratory is hiring a Site Leader in Northern Colorado. The lab runs microbiology testing around the clock for food manufacturers across the region, and is part of a large, growing international testing group. You'd own the people, the customers and the numbers. There's real room to lift performance, and you'd have the backing to drive it.

What you'll do:

- Lead site operations across three shifts, with a indirect team of up to 35
- Coach supervisors and hold them accountable; hire, train and develop the team
- Own site KPIs on turnaround time, productivity, quality and cost
- Be the senior point of contact for customers on results, service and escalations
- Keep the lab ISO/IEC 17025 audit-ready

What you'll need:

- \n
- 8+ years in the food industry across QC, QA, lab or production leadership
- A science background, ideally microbiology or food science
- Experience leading 20+ people through frontline supervisors
- A direct, hands-on leader who sets the standard and holds people to it
- Budget or P&L experience is a bonus
