LakeView Cleaning is a locally owned, fast-growing cleaning company serving high-quality vacation rentals and residential properties throughout the Lake of the Ozarks. Pay & Perks
- $18–$22 per hour

What You’ll Do
- Clean vacation rentals and residential properties to detailed company standards
- Follow step-by-step checklists to ensure properties are guest-ready
- Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality
- Manage time independently across multiple properties
- Represent LakeView Cleaning professionally at every job
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license
- Current car insurance
- Reliable transportation (travel between properties is required)
- Dependable and accountable — you show up on time, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work
- Detail-oriented with pride in doing quality work, even when no one is watching
- Able to work independently, stay organized, and follow systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Someone looking to gain experience and grow with a fast-growing, locally owned company
- Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person
