Position Summary: Janitorial position that falls within a collective bargaining agreement responsible for the facilities upkeep and cleanliness at our location in Muskegon Michigan. This is a second shift position that starts at $26.25 per hour with a 7% shift premium while working on 2nd shift.
Essential Job Functions:
- Perform Janitorial duties as assigned by maintenance supervisor
- Responsible for facility maintenance assistance which includes but is not limited to:
- Pump out coolant from machines within production
- Remove scrap metal and aluminum shaving as needed
- Production trash removal throughout facility
- Sweep and clean floors using various machinery and methods
- Maintain good housekeeping throughout the facility
- Respond to emergency spills and leak clean ups when needed
- Set up and tear down tables & chairs for various events
- Complete and maintain all required personal safety training
- Operate various equipment such as Forklifts, Stackers, Pallet Jacks, Etc…
- All other duties as assigned
