The results speak for themselves – our agents consistently achieve the impressive milestone of closing 2-3 transactions monthly within their first 90 days with us, all thanks to our exceptional leads and top-notch training.
Our onboarding and development processes are second to none. Your first five days with us will be an exciting, immersive experience. You'll hone a focused skill set, from mastering lead conversion techniques to delivering outstanding buyer/seller presentations and excelling in contract expertise. Our goal? To have you showcasing properties and closing deals as swiftly as possible.

- A commitment to serving sellers and buyers in residential real estate transactions
- Proficiency in preparing residential purchase contracts and listing agreements
- The ability to conduct thorough property assessments to determine accurate property valuations

Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
Benefits: Flexible schedule
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Self-determined schedule, Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay, Commission pay
