Join our team! We are seeking a Maintenance Technician I to help keep our production equipment and facility running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical components.
- Install new equipment and complete equipment upgrades.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, and work orders.
- Identify equipment issues and report repairs to management.
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
- Assist with special projects and cross-training as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of maintenance or industrial mechanical experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read blueprints and equipment manuals.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Basic math and communication skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the shift.
- Work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, dust, and moderate to loud noise.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
• Basic math skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
