Current Hours Offered: BEGIN WITH 32 HOURS MAXIMUM (Seasoning Period)
What You'll Do:
- Answer phone calls to the office and document all calls received
- Organize and maintain property management documents into files (lease papers, tenant applications, etc.)
- Coordinate with various Home Owners Associations (HOAs) --- to keep tenants registered & updated within the HOA
- Listen, document, and forward tenant complaints/issues to the respective Property Manager
- Go with the Property Manager to inspect & take photos of rental homes (upon Move-Outs and Move-Ins)
- Make sure that repairs and work-order jobs are coordinated and completed quickly (by contacting our maintenance crew and tenants to schedule repairs, as necessary)
- Send letters and documents by both mail and email
- Help the Property Manager stay organized, on-task, and prepared (by doing all of the aforementioned things!)
We Prefer Someone Who:
- Is already a licensed real estate agent (your compensation will start at $20/hour IF YOU ARE LICENSED!)

- ***If you are NOT licensed, that is OK (your compensation would start at $18/hour)
- *** If you're willing to become licensed, we can help steer you in the right direction!
- Has at least some experience/knowledge within real estate and/or property management
- Has a basic understanding of documents relating to renting and/or buying homes (contracts, leases, applications, etc.)
- Can read and follow printed instructions
- Can navigate various programs on a Microsoft Computer platform
- Is friendly and approachable
- Is able to defuse tenants who are upset/disgruntled (remain calm and collected)
- Is able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize which tasks are most important
- Is able to communicate efficiently with the team, both verbally and in written context
- Can speak both English and Spanish, but this is not required---just a cherry on top!
What Is MANDATORY:
- A fingerprint clearance card
- Clocking IN and OUT each day using our office clock in/out service
