Facilities Manager
Methodist Home for Children | Raleigh, NC
Salary Range: $70,000 - 85,000
Methodist Home for Children is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facility operations across five Raleigh-area locations.

What You’ll Do
- Perform basic building repairs and maintenance.
- Manage preventative maintenance and building inspections.
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers.
- Respond to urgent maintenance needs.
- Manage facility projects, renovations, and capital improvements.
- Maintain maintenance records, budgets, and schedules.
- Travel between Raleigh-area locations and periodically throughout NC.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of facilities, building maintenance, construction, property management, or related experience.
- Strong hands-on repair and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with contractors and vendors.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Valid NC driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
Trade training, certifications, or experience managing multiple facilities are a plus.
