We're currently seeking a Leasing Agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping people find their perfect apartment home.
Position Overview:
As a Leasing Agent, you’ll be the face of our community— promoting available units, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, tending to current residents’ issues and requests, and delivering a top-notch customer experience every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and build rapport with prospective residents
- Conduct tours of apartment homes and community amenities
- Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally
- Guide applicants through the leasing process, from application to move-in
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company leasing policies
- Maintain accurate records of traffic, follow-ups, and leasing activity
- Oversee the presentation and cleanliness of model units and amenity spaces
- Assist with online marketing and resident outreach
- Collaborate with the property management team on occupancy goals
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of leasing, sales, or property management experience
- Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, or similar software
- Friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work some weekends and a flexible schedule as needed
