Job Description

MUST be able to get onto Fort Benning. Looking for a LEAD not a BOSS. Must have experience in commercial pressure washing, general property maintenance, carpentry skills and be willing to lead a small crew and work alongside of them as a team player. Must have own dependable transportation and valid driver's license. Must be conscience of details and be able to come up with a plan while on the job for any unseen issues that might happen. We have many types of jobs i.e. pressure washing large buildings, homes, businesses, concrete driveways and sidewalks, repair wood decks, fence & gates, clean AC condenser coils, paint parking stripes, repair siding, water extractions, carpet cleaning, clean duct work, clean out gutters, clean dryer vents, jet drain and sewer lines & repair retaining walls. Hours are generally 8am - 4:30pm eastern time Monday - Friday but will vary depending on what jobs we have for the day, so must be versatile daily. Must be willing to work at night once a month to clean gas stations, and another night once a quarter. Must have outgoing positive personality.
