What You'll Do: As a core member of our team, you will be the go-to expert for ensuring our properties are safe, functional, and welcoming. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a variety of tasks, including:
- Performing routine and scheduled maintenance, repairs, and installations across multiple properties.
- Conducting regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting problems with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Installing fixtures and appliances while adhering to all local, state, and company safety codes.
- Collaborating with the maintenance team and communicating effectively with managers and clients.
- Responding to on-call emergency issues as needed.
What You Bring: The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with a strong technical background and a commitment to quality work.
- Experience: A minimum of one year in building maintenance, construction, plumbing, or a related field. A certification in building maintenance is a major plus.
- Skills: Manual dexterity, physical stamina, and the ability to lift at least 50 pounds. You're a great communicator who works well on a team.
- Requirements: A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a high school diploma or GED.
