About the Role

The Environmental Services Director manages all aspects of housekeeping, maintenance, and safety programs to ensure a well-kept, compliant, and comfortable environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of housekeeping and maintenance departments.

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.

• Supervise and train staff to ensure quality and safety standards.

• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.

• Collaborate with leadership to maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma; management experience in senior living or hospitality preferred.

• Knowledge of building systems, housekeeping standards, and safety codes.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Valid driver’s license and clean record.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move throughout the community as required.
