As a Weekend Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in keeping production equipment and facility infrastructure operating efficiently and safely while helping minimize downtime and extend equipment life. This is a weekend shift position, the hours are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 6am to 6pm.

Duties:
Including but not limited to:

Perform a wide range of maintenance duties, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of production machinery and facility systems.
Lead and perform emergency and scheduled maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues using appropriate diagnostic tools, hand tools, and power tools.
Read and interpret schematics and mechanical drawings.
Operate material handling equipment as needed to perform maintenance duties.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.
Follow all safety procedures and policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

Hands-on, proactive problem solver with strong technical ability.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with production and engineering teams.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Proficient with diagnostic tools, hand and power tools, and material handling equipment.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and mechanical drawings.
Safety-minded and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.
Prior experience in manufacturing maintenance.

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required.
Advanced technical training preferred.
Prior manufacturing maintenance experience required.
