Assistant Property Manager – Class A Office Building
We’re hiring an Assistant Property Manager with tenant coordination experience to join the management team of a 300,000 SF Class A office building in Hollywood, FL, serving a dynamic mix of 75 tenants.
In this highly visible role, you’ll assist with the day-to-day operations of the building, ensure high tenant satisfaction, and work closely with ownership on everything from service contracts to financial reporting. You’ll also play a key role in coordinating tenant buildouts, move-ins, and ongoing communications.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Property Manager in all aspects of operations, vendor oversight, and tenant engagement
- Coordinate tenant improvements, move-ins, and ongoing requests. This role is heavily focused on tenant improvements and coordination.
- Assist with budgeting, reporting, and rent collections
- Maintain lease files, track compliance, and manage building documentation
- Ensure the property operates at the highest standards of service and appearance
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in commercial property management or tenant coordination
- Professional, polished, and detail-oriented
- Experience with Class A assets and property software (Yardi, MRI, etc.) preferred
