BG Staffing is currently seeking a reliable, skilled, and motivated Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a busy apartment community in Piqua, Ohio. If you take pride in your work, enjoy solving maintenance challenges, and want a stable weekday schedule, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview
As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring residents enjoy a safe, clean, and well-maintained community. You will be responsible for completing service requests, preparing vacant units for new residents, and assisting with the overall upkeep of the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete apartment service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Perform unit turns, including repairs, touch-ups, and preparation of vacant apartments for new move-ins
- Conduct routine maintenance and general repairs
- Assist with trash pickup and community grounds upkeep
- Troubleshoot and repair common maintenance issues
- Ensure all work is completed safely and according to property standards
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents and staff
Requirements
✅ Previous apartment maintenance or related maintenance experience preferred
✅ Must have your own basic maintenance tools
✅ Reliable transportation required
✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
✅ Ability to lift, carry, and move maintenance equipment and materials as needed
✅ Professional attitude and dependable work ethic

- Khaki pants
- T-shirt or polo shirt
- Closed-toe work shoes recommended
Schedule & Pay
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
