Position Overview
Professional Cleaning & Maintenance Services (PCMS) is looking for a strong, reliable leader to take charge of evening operations. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team , staying active , and taking pride in creating clean, safe environments

What Youll Do

• Lead and support a team of housekeeping staff
• Ensure all areas meet high-quality cleaning standards
• Perform routine inspections and quickly address issues
• Help manage schedules and assist with coverage
• Train new team members and reinforce best practices
• Monitor supplies and keep operations running smoothly
• Communicate updates with management
• Maintain safety standards
• Handle client needs professionally

What Were Looking For

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Housekeeping/janitorial experience is a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background & drug screening
• A leader who leads by example and holds the team accountable
