Eco Maintenance Solutions is hiring a part-time Janitor/Custodian at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley. MUST be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday). This position has the potential to grow into full-time for the right person.

Pay: $24.20/hour total ($18.65/hr base wage + $5.55/hr health & welfare).

Responsibilities:

- Keep public areas, offices, galleries, and restrooms clean and orderly

- Floor care: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet bonneting

- Empty trash and recycling; restock restroom supplies

- Clean interior glass, doors, and windows

- Maintain cleaning equipment and keep custodial closets organized

- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor

Qualifications:

- 1+ year of janitorial or custodial experience preferred

- Must be available weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

- Able to handle physical work, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs

- Must pass a federal background check (sensitive government facility)

- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

- Professional, courteous attitude around visitors and staff
