Candidate Required Skills:
· Plumbing experience
· Electrical skills
· Snow removal
· Basic carpentry duties
· Must be detailed and organized
· Great customer service skills
· Must have your own tools
· Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
· HVAC and Appliance repair a plus
· Emergency on call rotation required
