Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines. We welcome candidates with previous electronic manufacturing experience, including through-hole or surface mount soldering, as well as those with a strong mechanical aptitude. A positive attitude is essential, and flexibility to assist in various departments is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging tasks.
- Handle routine assignments with detailed instructions and close supervision.
- Lift and assemble items weighing no more than 10-15 lbs.
- Meet production standards and goals by assembling designated number of pieces.
- Support improvement initiatives and participate actively to enhance work environment.
- Adapt to changes in work plans, priorities, and management decisions.
- Monitor own work to ensure quality standards are met and eliminate waste.
Essential Skills
- Assembly, soldering, and mechanical skills.
- Experience in electronic assembly and using hand tools.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints.
- Basic computer skills, including Excel and Outlook.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
- One or more years of related experience preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to learn new tasks frequently.

Work Environment
Our manufacturing environment offers suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and moderate noise levels. Shifts available include: 1st shift (6am-2:00pm Mon-Fri), 2nd shift (2pm-10pm Mon-Fri), and D Shift (6pm to 6am Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday). Overtime may be required at the end of shifts. Candidates can choose to sit or stand during their 10-hour shifts, although standing will be necessary.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, Idaho.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.60/hr.
