What you’ll do:
- Perform residential maintenance and repair tasks as assigned
- Assist with troubleshooting and basic diagnostics for common issues
- Complete repairs in a timely, safe, and professional manner

What we’re looking for:
- Experience in residential maintenance or a related trade
- Comfort working independently and completing assigned tasks
- Basic knowledge of common repair areas (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or general maintenance)
