PeopleSolutions is recruiting a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and facilities operations for a manufacturing organization. This role calls for someone who can develop people, strengthen preventive maintenance, and turn equipment challenges into lasting improvements.
\n
\n
You will lead Maintenance Supervisors, Leads, and a Facilities Technician while working closely with operations and customers to keep the plant running safely and effectively.
\n
\n
What you’ll own:
\n
• Build and improve preventive maintenance programs for plant equipment and facilities
\n
• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance personnel
\n
• Manage maintenance budgets, labor, spare parts, and supplier performance
\n
• Prioritize repairs and support new equipment installations while minimizing downtime
\n
• Drive cost savings and continuous improvement across the department
\n
• Maintain strong safety practices, including lockout/tagout and NFPA 70E compliance
\n
\n
We’re looking for a leader with 4+ years of relevant experience, strong technical judgment, and the ability to earn trust across maintenance, operations, and customer teams.
\n
\n
A technical bachelor’s degree is valued; equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered. Experience managing industrial maintenance teams is preferred.
