We are the Cleaner, Safer, Better, window cleaning company.

What You Will Do:

• Complete window cleaning, gutter cleaning and house washing jobs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Excel in a team environment.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Create memorable moments to maximize customer experience.
• Continuously improve through feedback and ongoing training
• Be rewarded for your efforts and success.

Compensation: We offer a performance-based compensation program meaning you will get paid based on the amount of work you complete. Average hourly rate is $15 - $25 per hour. As you learn our proven techniques to maximize revenue at each job site and complete work efficiently, your hourly rate will increase. High performing technicians will also have access to additional performance incentives every day.
