REQUIREMENTS:

<li>MUST HAVE reliable transportation, valid driver license, car insurance &amp; cell phone</li>
<li>must be able to bend up and down frequently</li>
<li>must be able to lift 20 pounds</li>
<li>must be able to work with a 10 pound vacuum backpack</li>
<li>must have a great eye for detail cleaning</li>
