What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners through company-provided appointments
- Build rapport and uncover customers' needs
- Present customized bath and shower remodeling solutions
- Represent a premium product backed by a nationally recognized brand
- Deliver a professional, customer-focused sales experience
- Confidently ask for the sale and earn based on your results
No cold calling. No door knocking. No prospecting.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence presenting solutions and asking for the sale
- Self-motivated professionals who are driven by results
- Individuals who take pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Previous in-home sales experience is preferred, but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
