Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for one of our clients team at (1) of their properties in Denver, CO (80205). The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years' experience working within multi-family/residential property management and have experience within customer service, work orders and preventative maintenance. This role is contracted and expected to last 6-8 weeks in length.
This role will be working with (1) community that has 351 units and is a luxury property.
Salary: $24-$28/hour DOQ.
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday: 8AM-5PM
Responsibilities and Job Duties:
- The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing various maintenance functions that are necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the property.
- Work with the maintenance team and management to ensure the quality of work meets the standards set by the owner.
- Perform tasks associated with electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
- Repair and treat structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls and building exteriors.
- Pool maintenance and testing may be applicable.
- Make units ready for new move-ins.
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in residential maintenance.
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and unit turns
- Follow oral and written instructions.
- Be punctual and reliable.
- Ability to communicate with residents, co-workers, and management.
- Be able to pass a background check before employment.
