Cleaning
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, dust, and clean windows, glass partitions, and furniture

Sanitizing
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including restocking paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and sanitary seat covers

Maintenance
Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, unclogging pipes, and adjusting irrigation systems.

Other duties
Take out the trash and recycling, remove snow and leaves, and move heavy furniture and equipment.

Special projects
Assist with heavy cleaning tasks, such as cleaning carpets and walls with chemical cleaners and power equipment.

Inventory
Monitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment and document completed tasks.

Security
Lock up facilities and secure buildings at the end of the day
